At Shahkam Industries, our robust production capabilities enable us to meet high demands across a variety of fabric types from our clients. Leveraging advanced technology and efficient processes, we maintain a high-speed, high-quality production environment so that the timelines are met and delivery as a process remains smooth.

Machines Quantity At Shahkam Industries

Shahkam Industries’ commitment to quality and efficiency is reflected in our extensive inventory of cutting-edge machinery. We employ these technologies at various stages of our manufacturing and quality assurance processes to ensure that we consistently achieve the highest industry standards. 

We use approximately 2,000 machines to ensure high-quality and efficiency in our textile production process, including 1,500 stitching machines capable of producing 45,000-50,000 garments per day, 216 Knitting machines, 2 printing machines, and 7 garment washing machines that maintain impeccable cleanliness and softness.

Our dyeing and finishing processes are driven by around 74+ machines, including 35 Fabric dyeing, 44 tumble dryers, 9 hydro spinners and 7 washing machines, to ensure accurate color and finish.

To maintain our demanding quality standards, our labs are equipped with around 25 advanced testing equipment, from pH meters to GSM cutters, and our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) lab employs 10 high-tech gadgets to assure sustainable operations.

Yarn Dyeing

By using eco-friendly dyes and processes, we bring vibrancy and color to our yarns with precise color matching and uniformity.

Knitting

We transform dyed yarns into premium fabrics with a wide array of knitting machines powered by technologically robust systems.

Cutting

By using automated cutting, we ensure accuracy and reduce waste, allowing us to handle complex patterns and large production volumes efficiently

Stitching

Utilizing high-speed sewing machines and skilled artisans, we produce a wide range of apparel with latest stitching techniques that bring aesthetic in every apparel.

Finishing

After stitching, to improve the quality of the apparel, we use finishing techniques in our process like washing, steaning processing, so that it meets quality standards.

Packaging

We provide customized packaging solutions that protect and present our garments in the best possible way, reflecting the premium nature of our products.
